Course Summary: This day seeks to give you an overview of who these people were; how they specifically impacted the South of England and places you can go to discover more about them. After a quick time line, each ‘people’ will be considered separately. After a brief summary of who they were and where they came from the course will focus especially on how they impacted the south and the consequences for the local area. This is followed by looking at places you can go to discover more about them. If time, consideration of classroom activities as well.
